The UK government is consulting on reform of Landfill Tax in England and Northern Ireland. Among the proposals is a transition to a single rate of Landfill Tax by 2030 by applying an escalator to the lower rate until it meets the standard rate in 2030.
The consultation closes on 21 July 2025.
